Conducting job analysis to understand the requirements and responsibilities of various positions within the organization.
Implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. This includes utilizing job boards, social media platforms, professional networks and other recruitment channels.
Administering and evaluating pre-employment assessments, tests, and reference checks to assess candidate's suitability for the position.
Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, regulations and equal employment opportunity guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
Reviewing resumes and application to shortlist candidates and hiring managers. Ensuring the smooth flow of recruitment process.

At least with 2-3 years experience in all facet of HR.
Knowledgeable in Philippine Standard labor laws.
Graduate of Psychology or any Human Resources related courses, eligibility is a plus but not required.
Willing to be assigned in Quezon City and travel at least twice every two weeks.
