Description

  • Facilitate communication between departments or organizations
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and events
  • Prepare and distribute reports and documentation
  • Assist in resolving conflicts and issues
  • Maintain and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Ensure alignment of goals and objectives
  • Monitor and report on project progress

Requirements

  • Proven experience in processing BIR permits, 2303, and POS machines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Experience in project management is a plus
