Responsible for checking and encoding of DTR.
Handles each employee's inquiries regarding DTR or Timekeeping related matters.
Monitor biometric violation of all employees during the Timekeeping period.
Process Direct employee's SSS contribution payment, Pagibig, Philhealth, and HMO documentations.
Handles inquiry of direct employees related to SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, and HMO inquiries.
Responsible for all employees Evaluation assessment distribution and monitoring.
Filling all accomplished evaluations in individual 201 files or turn over to HR for promotions.
Handles permit processing of all branches and handles including the following:
BIR permits, 2303, and POS machine permits
Business permits including: Barangay, Sanitary, Fire, Building, Business Tax, etc

Has a lot of patience
Must be trustworthy, honest, and hardworking
Good in communication skills both written and verbal
With experience in handling permits
At least College or Vocational Graduate
With Professional License is an advantage (know how to drive 4 wheels privates car)
Residing in Pasay or nearby areas.
