• Ensure that listing projects meet exchange compliance requirements (such as KYC, AML, jurisdictional restrictions).
• Identify potential risks (such as fraudulent projects, token vulnerabilities) and avoid regulatory and legal issues.

1. Industry Experience

• Over 2 years of experience in the Web3 industry, familiar with the listing process for cryptocurrency exchanges (CEX/DEX) or fundraising/listing processes for projects.
• Priority will be given to those with successful cases of leading token listings or extensive resources within the Web3 project space.

• Proficient in the fundamentals of blockchain technology (smart contracts, cross-chain, consensus mechanisms, etc.) and mainstream tracks (DeFi, NFT, RWA, etc.).
• Familiar with token economic model design, market-making mechanisms, and liquidity management tools (such as Uniswap v3, Orderbook exchange rules).
