Description

1、负责来访人员接待、电话接听、物业沟通、访客登记等前台日常事务。

2、协助公司日常行政管理工作,如快递收发、办公用品采购和管理。

3、协助员工签证的办理和海外新员工的安置准备

4、协助支持本地招聘培训工作,组织策划办公室员工的各类活动;

5、其他公司临时交办的工作

Requirements

任职资格:

1.本科以上学历,两年以上人力/行政工作经验。

2.能熟练使用办公软件;

3.精通马来语,英语 和中文

4.能够及时掌握国家的相关政策
