Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and Data Analytics to optimize marketing performance, drive pipeline and revenue, and deliver engaging customer experiences across digital channels. This role will focus on leveraging tools like Marketo, Demandbase, and Salesforce to execute data-driven marketing campaigns that resonate with senior B2B target audiences. The ideal candidate is a certified marketing operations expert with a passion for problem-solving, innovation, and precision in performance marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Operations Excellence
Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, and ZoomInfo, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Establish and maintain scalable marketing operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across campaigns.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices for marketing data management.
2. Campaign Execution and Optimization
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and search engines, ensuring alignment with revenue and pipeline goals.
Leverage A/B testing to optimize subject lines, headlines, display ads, content, and creative for maximum engagement and conversion.
Implement performance marketing strategies that prioritize lead quality and account engagement.
3. Data Analysis and Insights
Oversee and strategically cleanup databases to optimize ability to automate campaigns.
Analyze marketing performance data to uncover insights, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for pipeline and revenue growth.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, including campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, driving data-informed decision-making.
4. ABM and Personalization Strategy
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute ABM campaigns targeting senior B2B target audiences.
Leverage data and analytics to hyperpersonalize email communications, messaging, and content, ensuring relevance and resonance with target accounts.
Monitor and optimize account engagement to accelerate pipeline velocity.
Leverage, analyze, and share insights from intent data delivered through Demandbase.
5. Innovation and Problem-Solving
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational challenges with creativity and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Continuously explore new techniques, approaches, and tools to enhance marketing operations and campaign performance.
6. Collaboration and Leadership
Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and client success teams, to align efforts and achieve shared goals.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Be accountable to goals, targets and deadlines to build trust and collaboration across teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Certifications:
• Marketo Certified Expert (Required)
• Salesforce Certified (Required)
• Demand base Certified (Required)
Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or data analytics in a B2B environment.
• Proven expertise in using Salesforce, Marketo, and Demandbase to drive marketing performance.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns through A/B testing and data analysis.
• Experience targeting senior B2B audiences with personalized, high-impact messaging and communications.
• Preference will be given to skilled talent that enjoy working U.S. market hours.
• Must have US-Marketing experience
