Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experience.
- Manage budgets, revenue, and inventory control.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with chefs to develop menu offerings.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Team player with strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in inventory management and quality control.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with long shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
