Description
- Assist in daily restaurant operations and management.
- Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service.
- Learn inventory management and staff scheduling.
- Support training and development of team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
- Contribute to achieving sales goals and improving profitability.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, quality control, operations management, inventory and cost management, and computer literacy.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, varying hours, weekends, and holidays may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, team-oriented, and strong leadership abilities.
