  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Develop and maintain budgets, analyzing financial reports for profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility in hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for the food industry.
