Job Description
• Membantu Floor Manager dalam menyelia operasi harian di lantai.
• Memastikan staf di lantai (waiter, crew, cashier, dsb.) melaksanakan tugasan mengikut SOP syarikat.
• Memantau layanan pelanggan agar mesra, cepat dan berkualiti.
• Menguruskan susun atur, kebersihan dan keselamatan kawasan operasi.
• Memberi arahan kerja harian kepada staf serta memantau disiplin & kehadiran.
• Membantu melatih staf baharu dalam tugasan asas.
• Menangani aduan pelanggan sebelum dirujuk kepada Floor Manager.
• Memastikan stok asas operasi lantai mencukupi (contoh: peralatan servis, bahan kecil).
• Melaporkan sebarang isu operasi kepada Floor Manager atau pihak pengurusan.
