Responsibilities • Design and implement automated growth workflows that fully automate traffic acquisition, content creation, publishing, monitoring, and post-mortem analysis • Utilize n8n (or similar automation tools) to integrate search data, content systems, CMS, analytics tools, and internal collaboration platforms • Develop reusable growth workflows (SEO, content, backlinks, competitor monitoring, data alerts) • Integrate and maintain third-party data sources (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, APIs, web crawlers, databases, etc.) • Embed AI capabilities (content generation, summarization, classification, quality assessment) into controllable, rollback-capable automation pipelines • Monitor core growth metrics (indexing, ranking, conversion, retention) and continuously optimize workflow efficiency and ROI • Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to rapidly translate ideas into operational systems Requirements • Proficiency in automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, etc., with the ability to independently build complex workflows • Hands-on understanding of growth strategies (at least one area in SEO, content growth, or channel conversion) • Fundamental technical literacy in HTTP, APIs, webhooks, JSON, regular expressions, and basic database concepts • Ability to deconstruct business problems into processes and data structures rather than relying solely on manual operations • Clear understanding of the boundaries between AI and automation, with a focus on controllability, reusability, and observability Nice-to-Haves • Experience scaling large content sites, tool platforms, or multi-site growth • Familiarity with CMS (WordPress or headless CMS) and automated publishing systems • Ability to quickly write scripts (Python or JavaScript) to enhance automation capabilities • Experience with growth dashboards, alert systems, and A/B testing Benefits • Two-day weekend • Working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
