Description

  • Assist the sales team in managing daily operations and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain customer databases and sales records to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare sales presentations and reports for management.
  • Coordinate communication between sales and other departments.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Management, Social Media marketing, and Salesforce; strong Communication Skills; adept in Competitor Analysis and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, potential remote work options; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player.
