- Customer Assistance: Assist customers with their inquiries and help them find products.
- Stock Management: Organize and restock shelves to ensure products are readily available.
- Sales Support: Support the sales team with tasks such as processing transactions and handling returns.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
- Inventory Checks: Assist in conducting inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a sales or customer support role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management, excellent written and verbal communication, effective teamwork, sales management, and strong relationship building.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment with potential remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability are essential.
