Job Description

· Manage company's social media community daily. Develop and execute strategies to enhance user engagement and community impact.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, especially with key contributors.

· Regularly organize online/offline events to prompt members to create quality content and boost engagement.

· Collect user feedback and analyze data regularly, to provide optimization suggestions for brand development.

· Handle other Marketing admin tasks as required.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

· Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin)

Qualifications

· 2-3 years of experience in social media, community, or app operations.

· Experience in online/offline events, user content, e-commerce/app conversion, and KOL work. is preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.

· Creative thinking with the ability to independently plan and execute activities.

· Strong insight into user behavior and data analysis.

· Keen awareness of current trends and youth culture, with the ability to leverage popular trends creatively.
