Descripción
- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and schedules for the CEO
- Draft, translate, and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents in Korean and English.
- Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Provide real-time translation or interpretation during meetings, calls, or business trips.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain an organized filing system for sensitive documents and records.
- Support the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and tracking progress on key projects
- Conduct research and provide insights or recommendations to aid in decision-making.
Requisito
- Language Skills: Ability to speak and understand Korean conversationally (fluent Korean not required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years in a similar role (front desk, coordinator, secretary, or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.).
- Tech savvy, proficient in using office computer software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
