ts1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferre

d.2. Previous experience in a Network Operations Center or similar technical support environment is an advantag

e.3. Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and common routing protocol

s.4. Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, PRTG) is a plu

s.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot issue

s.6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and client

s.7. Capability to work well in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple task
