説明

  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings and interviewing.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.
  • Supervise the company's building management security and maintenance, including preventive maintenance of assets
  • Maintain good tenant relations, address tenant inquiries and concerns, and coordinate repairs and maintenance requests

  • Educational Qualifications: Educational degree not required; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, and facility management.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, regular hours
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and team-oriented attitude.
