JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead implementation of Japanese package software for manufacturing clients

• Provide technical support and address customer inquiries

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software/hardware issues

• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

• Maintain accurate logs and ensure timely resolution of issues
