JOB SUMMARY:

This position will analyze business performance, develop insightful reports, and help drive strategic decision making across departments.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Prepare reports and presentations based on the data collected and analyzed to effectively communicate findings and requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and assess business needs and translate them into data requirements.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field

B. Work Experience

• With at least 2 years of experience in business analysis, or a similar analytical role.

C. Skills

• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences
