• Create and enforce collection policies to keep loan quality high
• Supervise Collection Specialists to ensure timely and effective follow-ups
• Set up procedures to improve efficiency and reduce late payments
• Manage external service providers and track their performance

Key Tasks:

• Monitor collection alerts and proof of delivery (POD)
• Check the quality of collection calls
• Handle borrower concerns escalated by the team
• Review delinquency reports and suggest actions like fee waivers, deferments, foreclosures, cancellations, or recalls for management approval

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Some roles may prefer a master’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

• Prior experience in collections, credit management, or financial services
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage collection operations
