We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support while resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering the best solution.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
