Role: Team Manager

Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Cebu

Schedule: Night Shift

• Provide strong leadership, coaching, and hands-on support to CSRs

• Monitor agent performance, call quality, and communication for compliance and service excellence

• Respond promptly to internal communications and address escalations as needed

• Ensure departmental tasks and CRM entries are accurate and up to date

• Create and update memos and training materials as needed

• Partner with QA and Training teams to identify process gaps and implement solutions

• Previous experience in a customer service manager or call center manager role is preferred

• Sales or collections background

• Proficiency in using computer systems and databases
