Location:

  • Bukit Raja, Klang, Malaysia.


Job responsibilities:

  1. Perform daily accounting operations, including document processing, data entry, invoicing, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, bills, and financial records.
  3. Assist in all aspects of accounting functions, including cash flow projections and expense analysis.
  4. Reconcile customer payments against quotations before releasing car registrations.
  5. Prepare official receipts, payment vouchers, and ensure accuracy in payments, amounts, and records.
  6. Process and file invoices, and perform regular bank reconciliations.
  7. Maintain and update monthly, weekly, and daily transaction reports.
  8. Ensure accurate closing of accounts at the end of each working day.
  9. Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities.
  10. Collaborate with sales agents and suppliers to ensure smooth financial operations.
  11. Update and maintain procedural documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  12. Carry out any ad hoc assignments as required by the Company.


Job requirements:

  • Graduate with a certificate or diploma in accounting, finance, commerce, or other related field.
  • At least 1 - 5 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
  • Familiar with Autocount or other accounting software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
