Position: General Administration Assistant (One Day Hiring Process)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Have experience in administrative or clerical task is a plus.
• Can attend interviews
• Amenable to work onsite in Laguna
• Can start as soon as possible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prior experience in General Affairs or administrative roles is preferred.
• Oversee daily administrative operations, including facilities management, office supply monitoring, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate company events, meetings, visa processing, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless logistics and planning.
• Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
• Support HR-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of employee documentation.
