  • Location: Any CS Branch - Ortigas/Makati/Cebu/Angeles/Mabalacat/Bacolod
  • Schedule: Night Shift


Job Description:

  • Work-From-Office is a setup based in Angeles//Cebu/Mabalacat/Makati/Ortigas
  • The Administrative Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations through accurate data entry,
  • Document management, and communication with external vendors. This role involves maintaining organized records,
  • Tracking task outcomes, and supporting team workflows in a professional and detail-oriented manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Download, upload, and organize documents in electronic filing systems.
  • Send and track outgoing referrals and related documentation.
  • Place follow-up phone calls to vendors or partner organizations to confirm receipt, request updates, and track the status of submitted items.
  • Collect and log vendor issues, feedback, and requirements for review by leadership.
  • Coordinate and schedule routine tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines.
  • Document outcomes of calls, faxes, and communications for accurate record-keeping.
  • Monitor and complete routine clerical assignments to support the team.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to ensure timely task completion.
