Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree holder in accounting, business management, or any similar field.
· Must have a working knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced Excel.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to multitask.
· Willing to work in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.
Job Description:
Process and organize product transfer records and expense documents on a regular schedule.
Submit data and reports for review and approval by supervisors.
Communicate with internal sales teams to provide transfer details and business updates.
Maintain and update internal databases and master files to ensure accurate information tracking.
Prepare monthly summaries and reports using accounting software.
Collect and compile discount data for senior citizens and persons with disabilities for proper documentation.
Support sales and marketing teams by providing relevant data, such as top-prescribing doctors and key branch information.
Monitor vehicle registration and insurance renewals for company vehicles.
Track performance metrics of partner drugstores and compile relevant internal reports.
Assist with various administrative and accounting tasks, including compliance-related activities.
