• Position: Sales Agent
• Location: Visayas & Mindanao Region Optical Shops
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Long hours may be required to meet sales quotas)

Job Description:

• We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Agent to cover the VisMin region for our customers in the business of optical shops. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with doctors, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Doctor Engagement: Engage with doctors in a warm and professional manner to gain insights into their eyewear preferences and needs.
• Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth knowledge of our optical product range, including frame styles, lens options, and current eyewear trends.
• Sales Achievement: Actively promote and sell our optical products, including prescription glasses, sunglasses, and accessories. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
• Customer Support: Efficiently address doctor inquiries, concerns, and return requests to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Regional Coverage: Travel throughout the VisMin region to reach doctors and present product sampling of frames. A valid driver's license and the ability to drive are essential for this role.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Commitment: Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and working diligently to achieve sales goals.

Please note that this position may require long working hours, including Saturdays, to meet commission-based sales targets.
