1. Franchise Operations Management

• Supervise day-to-day operations of franchise stores to ensure alignment with company standards, policies, and procedures.

• Conduct regular operational audits and performance reviews of franchisees.

• Provide guidance and support to franchisees in addressing operational challenges and improving efficiency.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency across all outlets.

• Monitor key operational KPIs (customer satisfaction, service quality, compliance, cost efficiency).


2. Construction & Store Development

• Oversee new store construction, renovations, and site development.

• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

• Ensure that store designs, layouts, and equipment meet brand standards.

• Approve store readiness for operations prior to launch.


3. Training & Development

• Develop and manage comprehensive training programs for franchisees and their staff.

• Ensure training covers brand culture, operational excellence, customer service, safety, and compliance.

• Conduct regular training refreshers, workshops, and evaluations.

• Oversee training teams to maintain consistency and effectiveness of programs.


4. Manuals & Standards

• Develop, update, and enforce operational manuals, guidelines, and policies.

• Ensure all franchisees have access to and understand the latest operational manuals.

• Standardize procedures to maintain brand integrity and quality across locations.


5. Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure franchisees comply with legal, regulatory, and brand requirements.

• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Identify gaps in compliance and recommend corrective measures.


6. Cross-Departmental Coordination

• Work closely with Finance, Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Act as the primary liaison between the corporate office and franchisees (excluding sales-related matters)

• Provide operational insights to management for strategic decision-making.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in franchise operations management, preferably in retail industry.

• Proven track record in managing franchise operations, construction projects, and training programs.

• Strong knowledge of operational SOPs, compliance, and quality management.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage franchisee relationships effectively. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
