The Assistant Department Manager II programs, sets standards, and monitors completion of all activities relative to the department’s mandate; supervises/performs activities pertaining to prosecution and defense of cases handled by in house lawyers, legal audit, Petitions for Assistance in the Liquidation and Motions for Approval of the Asset Distribution Plan; and monitors strict compliance to existing laws, rules and regulations on the Department’s areas of responsibility as directed and guided by the Department Manager.

Experience:
