This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Account Management at New San Jose Builders, Inc. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring project deadlines are met. This role is located in Quezon City.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Part of the Collection Operation together with Supervisor & Department Head
  • In-charged to Administrative/Support Operation
  • Management of Reports
  • Portfolio
  • Active & Inactive Accounts
  • Collection: Daily, Weekly & Monthly (different types)
  • Accounts Movement (different types)
  • New Sales (different types)
  • Cancellation (RF Only, 1st M.A. or Partial 1st M.A. & Installed)
  • Seasoning
  • Ageing
  • Compliance
  • Title Allocation
  • Other reports
  • Collection efforts list distribution
  • Report of efforts monitoring and promised to pay
  • In-charge of text and email blast (service provider: promotexter)
  • System / AX approval checker and recommending approval (account adjustment)
  • Full payment and Retention Certificate verifier
  • Statement of account verifier
  • Management of accounts for cancellation (preparation of list, route for review, preliminary and final memorandum)
  • Management of bank reconciliation monitoring
  • Management of payment slip monitoring
  • Management of payment transactions (Online, ADA, Bills, Gcash, Social media, etc.)
  • Part of strategic planning
  • Petty cash custodian
  • Other administrative functions (office supplies, etc.)

  • Knowledge of real estate development processes
  • Teamwork and Collaboration skills
  • Experience related to accounting
  • Good at Microsoft skills
  • Excellent in analytical skills
