Our Client

In this position, you will be assigned to our client located in Melbourne. They are primarily focused on meeting the needs of businesses and the individuals within them through a collaborative approach to financial services. They pride on an integrated service offering, giving peace of mind that comes with knowing financial and lifestyle goals are being worked on

Your Responsibilities

Preparation of complex financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, SMEs and large multinational groups.
Assist in providing advice to clients on optimal business structures, asset protection and estate planning strategies.
Work on advisory projects in the areas of budgets and cashflows, KPI dashboards and management reporting.
Assist in delivering cutting-edge solutions with our V-CFO offering, developing business and succession plans, financial models, benchmarking, and pricing analyses.
Utilize your strong Excel skills and practical experience with cloud accounting products (e.g., XERO, QBO and MYOB).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
2-4 years of experience in a public practice or business environment, with 1-2 years of specific experience working with Australian tax laws, financial reporting, and business practices
CPA (Philippines) or working towards CA or CPA Australia
Experience in cloud accounting products (XERO, QBO, MYOB) and possess advanced Excel skills
Confidence, passion, and innovative thinking
In-depth analytical skills.
