We are looking for an IT Automation Manager to oversee a 1,000+ Android device phone farm used for digital marketing and automated operations. The role requires strong skills in Linux administration, shell scripting, and automation systems. The candidate will design, maintain, and optimize phone-farm infrastructure, ensuring smooth performance, uptime, and scalability. Proven experience and a working proof of concept are required. The role involves occasional travel to Czechia and the USA for on-site setup and system audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and automate the deployment and monitoring of 1,000+ Android devices.
• Develop scripts and tools to optimize system efficiency and resource usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to connectivity and automation.
• Ensure security compliance, device synchronization, and performance tracking.
• Document system configurations and train support staff on operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Linux, shell scripting, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Android device management (ADB/MDM tools).
• Proven track record in automation and large-scale system management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for project support.

Compensation: Up to USD 3,000/month (Full-time).
