Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ayala Premier Property Specialist, based in Makati with some flexibility for remote work. The Property Specialist will be responsible for handling sales of commercial and residential real estate properties, providing exceptional customer service, and actively communicating with potential and existing clients. The role also includes developing and executing sales strategies, as well as conducting property tours and presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Proven Sales skills and experience
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Entreprenuership or related field is preferred
• Candidate must have completed at least 72 units in college/university
