Company Description

Brain Exercise Club is seeking Brain Trainers to join our team. As a Brain Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering our cognitive training programs to school-age children up to adults. You will use the BrainRx program to execute engaging and effective brain exercise programs that enhance memory, attention, processing speed, and problem-solving skills.

Role Description

• Deliver the cognitive training program that caters to each client's unique needs
• Conduct assessments to identify cognitive strengths and weaknesses of clients
• Create engaging and stimulating exercises that target specific cognitive abilities
• Monitor progress and adjust training programs as necessary
• Collaborate with other Brain Trainers to continuously improve training programs
• Educate clients on the importance of brain health and provide recommendations for maintaining mental fitness
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research in cognitive science and incorporate new findings into training programs

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability for effectively communicating and motivating both children and adults
• Graduate of reputable universities, preferably with background/experience in Education, Psychology, Special Education
• Exceptional critical thinking skills, adaptability, outstanding work ethic and positive outlook
• Fluency in written and oral English
• Punctual, strong organizational skills and a genuine passion of helping others
• Available to train for a minimum of 5 hours a day, Tuesdays to Saturdays, with a possibility of being assigned morning or afternoon slots as needed
• Willingness to learn the procedures and undergo training
• Reside in close proximity to BF Homes, Paranaque
• Familiarity with remote or virtual training platforms, such as Zoom, would be beneficial

Job Details:

· 5-hour work

· Tuesday to Saturday or Monday to Friday, preferably can accommodate flexible schedule (working in the day or afternoon)

· In-center presence is needed
