Qualifications:

• Preferably with previous experience in caretaking or maintenance work
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Trustworthy, dependable, and physically fit
• Willing to work and stay on-site (Stay-in required)
• Residing near or willing to be assigned in Mexico, Pampanga

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a reliable Caretaker to manage and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and security of our warehouse/site facility located in Mexico, Pampanga. The ideal candidate will stay on-site and be responsible for routine maintenance, minor repairs, and overall upkeep of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse/site
• Perform basic maintenance and simple repair tasks (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.)
• Monitor the security of the property, especially during off-hours
• Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify potential safety hazards
• Coordinate with management for repairs or maintenance needs
• Assist in site-related tasks as needed
