• Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.
• Prepare work schedules and duty rosters to ensure adequate staffing.
• Conduct regular inspections of patient rooms and public areas to maintain standards.
Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain housekeeping inventory and requisition supplies as needed.
• Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.

Qualifications:


• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hospital setting.
• Strong leadership and people-handling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Can start as soon as possible.
