In charge of processing governmental permits, accreditations, and licenses;
Preparing legal documents or requirements related to, but not limited to, the following: business permits, SEC registration, BOI registration, PCAB accreditation, BIR requirements, and others;
Conducts follow-ups (phone calls, emails) with related personnel regarding the progress of registrations;
Continuously monitors the validity of company legal and regulatory permits and licenses;
Performs record management of documents under department custody;
Provides administrative support to the Legal and Compliance Head;
Requests and follows up on necessary documents from the retained lawyer, particularly those related to agreements;
Prepares summaries of findings and submits them to the Legal and Compliance Head for review;
Performs other job-related assignments as may be assigned from time to time;
Handles other tasks as the immediate head may assign, including support for other legal and compliance requirements.
Performs fieldwork as necessary, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and dedication to ensuring the efficient completion of tasks.

At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, preferably BS Legal Management, AB Political Science, or an equivalent field.
With 4 years of related work experience.
Experience overseeing multiple projects or clients.
Experience as a Compliance Officer or in legal and business registration services, or an equivalent role.
Experience in processing registrations with various government agencies.
Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and meet strict deadlines without compromise.
Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
Preferably with a driver's license (able to drive a car or motorcycle).
Experience in managing assistants is an advantage.
Can start immediately.
Willing to work in Makati City.
