Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and update calendar schedules, meeting invitations, and event coordination under supervision.
Prepare and consolidate meeting materials and documentation as needed.
Arrange internal and external meetings, including coordination with overseas visitors.
Process and track expense reports in compliance with company policy.
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including accommodations and itineraries.
Maintain strong communication with executives to understand business priorities and provide proactive support.
Operate within the scope of service level agreements to ensure consistent administrative support.
Provide backup support to peers as necessary.
Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3–5 years of administrative experience in a multinational corporate setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong professional relationships across teams
