Corporate Legal Counsel

We have an urgent need for a highly experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join our Internal Legal Team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal guidance on all corporate legal matters, and in managing all our legal cases in the areas of labor, civil, criminal, corporate, tax and insurance. This also entails close coordination with the management of our External Legal Counsels who handles some of our legal cases.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will perform external relations and will represent the company in its legal transactions with Government Agencies and Local Government units, ensuring that the interest of the Company is well protected at all times.

Job Qualifications:

- Has an LLB/Juris Doctor degree from reputable universities

- Must be a member of the Philippine Bar

- Must have at least twenty (20) years of experience in the practice of law with emphasis on Civil, Corporate, Tax and Labor cases gained from a reputable law firm or corporation.

- With experience in actual litigation of cases

- Must have established good contacts and relations with LGUs, NLRC, and other judicial branches.

- Must be resourceful with good analytical ability

- With excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Must be able to relate well with all levels, both inside and outside the company.

- Must be willing to work in our Makati office, full-time.
