Penerangan
- Oversee the crewing operations, including recruitment, onboarding, embarkation, dispatch, training etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide regular reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
Syarat-syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation or Marine Engineering, or any related course.
- At least 3 years experience as Crewing Manager with focus on maritime or shipping industries.
- Strong knowledge of crewing processes, maritime regulations, procedures, and best practices.
- Familiarity with STCW, MLC, and other relevant crewing regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent understanding of crew management, recruitment, onboarding, and crew welfare practices.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with crew, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Can adapt to a fast-paced environment, able to multitask simultaneously, goal oriented
- Willing to work full time.
- With high moral standards and integrity.
