- Oversee daily warehouse operations and logistics activities
- Manage inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies
- Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Supervise and train warehouse staff
- Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve service quality
Syarat-syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shipyard Superintendent or in a similar role within the maritime industry
- Thorough understanding of shipyard operations, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a diverse workforce to achieve operational excellence
- Proficiency in using relevant shipyard management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering, or a related field
