• Work closely with Product and Marketing team to understand their goals and support them with relevant CRM campaigns and solutions
• Optimize CRM metrics and trends such and user activation, transaction frequency, transaction value, and customer profitability
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing for marketing communications and targeted promos
• Implement and continually seek to improve CRM processes (e.g. scaling up campaign development and testing)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancements of CRM capabilities
