Position: Customer Care Ambassador

Industry: Filing Services (Trademark and Document Filing)

Location: Cebu City (KMC Building, Skyrise 4A, Cebu IT Park)


Salary Package: ₱16,000 basic salary, up to ₱27,000 total compensation (all-in)

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite


Start Dates:

  • Batch 1: November 3, 2025
  • Batch 2: November 24, 2025


Responsibilities:

  • Process and file client documents related to trademarks, business registrations, and other legal filings accurately and efficiently.
  • Review and verify information for completeness, consistency, and compliance with client or regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients via phone, email, or chat to gather missing information or clarify document requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of all documents to relevant authorities or platforms within set deadlines.
  • Maintain organized digital records of all filings and communications in internal systems.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to data privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, legal support, or quality assurance to resolve issues related to documentation.


Number of Openings: 33 positions (11 seats available for Cebu site)

Account Type: Blended Line of Business (Inbound & Outbound Calls, Email, and Chat Support)

Partner: Support Zebra – Cebu


Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 6 months BPO experience (Customer Service and Basic Upselling)
  • Stable employment history (no frequent job changes)
  • Willing to work onsite at either Cebu IT Park or Lifestyle District, Cagayan de Oro
  • No specific educational attainment required
