The main responsibilities of a CSR include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to align with company priorities. 
  • Meet targets – Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs set by the business to support customer needs. 
  • Contribute to team efforts to grow the business. 
  • Product Knowledge – Identify opportunities to promote and upsell security and compliance products based on customer profiles. 
  • Perform additional tasks as required by business needs.

Syarat-syarat

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in a call center setting). 
  • Any sales experience or upselling is required (in BPO or non BPO industry).
  • Amenable to work ONSITE.
  • Active listener with clear and confident communication skills. 
  • Team player with a positive attitude, enjoying sales and customer service environments. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. 
  • Passion for technology and software products. 
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and adhere to agreed schedules. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook. 
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
