Syarat-syarat

Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency, customer service orientation, call center experience preferred but not mandatory, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, possible shift work including evenings and weekends.
Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, effective communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
