Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 6 months of BPO experience
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent customer service skills, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Qualities and Traits: A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Responsibilities and Duties: Experience or familiarity with call center operations and sales processes is a plus
