Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Customer service, call centre operations, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, scheduling, technical proficiency, exceptional people skills, and multitasking abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call centre environment, working varying hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
