Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude.
