Description
- Interact with customers to provide information and resolve inquiries.
- Assist customers with product and service-related questions.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Requirements
- College Graduate/Finance Accountancy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective interpersonal and people skills
- At least have 1 year CSR experience related to insurance/sales (local and international)
