Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Diploma in any relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve queries, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Mostly office-based with occasional evening shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
